He’s also an avid country music fan, church history buff and New England Patriots supporter. Nelson divides his time between NYC and South Florida. Dr. Kenneth (Ken) Boa equips people to love well (being), learn well (knowing) and live well (doing). He is a writer, teacher, speaker and mentor, and is the president of Reflections Ministries as well as the Museum of Created Beauty. Dr. Boa holds a B.S. from Case Institute of Technology, a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Ph.D. from New York University, and a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford in England. He has authored over 60 books, including Recalibrate Your Life, Conformed to His Image and Handbook to Leadership. He also co-leads Conformed to His Image discipleship coaching with Nelson Searcy. And on a local level, he teaches four weekly Bible studies in the Atlanta area. Dr. Boa does an extensive amount of speaking and teaching through conferences, as well as numerous written, audio, visual, and video resources.
Tracy Lewis is a Christian therapist at the Spanish River Counseling Center and currently serves at the Pentecostals of Cooper City (Florida) on the pastoral team in various roles, including counseling and campus pastor in Coral Springs. His areas of specialization include couples counseling, ministerial/pastoral, pornography addiction, anxiety and more. He is a 30+ year ordained minister with experience in student, associate and senior pastor roles. Tracy is a graduate of Texas Bible College and Palm Beach Atlantic University. Married for 38 years, he lives with his wife and son in South Florida.
Dr. Vincent Collins has served as pastor of Agape Worship Center International Church of God in Columbia, SC for the last 20 years. He is an Army veteran and serves on various church advisory committees in South Carolina. Vincent has been a Renegade Pastor for over 10 years and is also a member of Nelson’s Titanium Coaching Network (Nelson’s highest level of coaching). He has a DMin from Erskine Theological Seminary. He is married to Christle and together they have one daughter.
Kerrick is the Executive Pastor at The Journey Church and leads The Journey’s largest location — The Journey NYC in Manhattan. He has co-authored Launch: Starting A New Church from Scratch and Activate: An Entirely New Way of Doing Small Groups. Kerrick has been at The Journey from its launch in New York City in 2002. By 2014, The Journey had grown to over 1,300 attending each Sunday with 1,400+ in small groups. Kerrick leads church systems seminars all over the country and regularly leads coaching networks for Executive Pastors, Church Planters and Small Group Pastors.
Jason leads The Journey Church location in Boca Raton, FL. He helped launch The Journey in New York City, directing the programming of their worship services. He invests in Worship Pastors around the country through interactive coaching networks and worship planning resources. He has been a featured break-out speaker at the National Worship Leader Conference, Willow Creek Arts Conference, The Purpose Drive Worship Conference, as well as seminars around the country. He is the co-author of Engage: A Guide to Creating Life-Transforming Worship Services and Revolve: A New Way to See Worship as well as over a dozen worship leader personal and ministry growth resources.
Dr. Steve Reynolds is the Lead Pastor of Capital Baptist Church in Annandale, Virginia, where he lives with his wife, Debbie. They also have three adult children and multiple grandchildren. He is a member of Nelson’s Titanium Coaching Network (Nelson’s highest level of coaching) where he co-leads training events for pastors and church leaders. Steve is the author of Taking God to Work: The Keys to Ultimate Success, as well as Bod4God and the co-author of The Healthy Renegade Pastor with Nelson Searcy.
